FORMING A COMPANY IN LATVIA, ESTONIA OR LITHUANIA
Please, follow the following steps and provide the input for the limited liability company registration in Latvia, Estonia or Lithuania:
Name (may be Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian or foreign language name, for example like NEW COMPANY etc.)
Types of activities (for example- sale, construction, real estate activities, consultation)

To finish the founding of the company a payment of the share capital and a notarization of some documents has to be arranged. We will contact you for this purpose. Company may be incorporated within 4 business days after submitting of the documents in the Commercial register of Latvia.
